While a certain amount of teasing is part and parcel -- and I guess no one, starting with myself, wants overzealous moderation of how we talk to each other -- it can become a problem if it gets overly personal or spills onto off-track matters. So here goes a gentle reminder to everyone: please avoid pushing boundaries on that.

Even if it’s framed as “irony,” I read it as a targeted provocation and a public mockery aimed at pushing me into an inappropriate response. I will not reply publicly in order to avoid escalation.
Could you please review whether this violates the site’s rules on respectful conduct, and apply whatever moderation actions you consider appropriate (reminder, edit/removal, warning, and—if this is repeated behavior—proportionate sanctions)?
